Q. Do I need to be an existing client to schedule my first appointment?

A.  Referred individuals and auto accident or VA patients with prior authorization are welcome to create an account.

 

Q. Does Motion Bodwyork have a privacy policy regarding the personal information that

     is collected when I register an account online?  

A. Yes. Motion Bodywork, LLC and Setmore.com have stated privacy policies about how your personal information is used and how you may opt-out of communications by text or email. Click here for details on our online Privacy Policy.

Q. What should I expect after booking and appointment?

A. You will immediately receive an email confirming your appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, YOU DO NOT HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

24hrs - 48hrs before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a reminder email.     Note: the confirmation and reminder emails are automatically generated by the scheduling software. Tiffany does not control or manage the autoresponder. 

  

Q. What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?          

A. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. You can cancel your appointment online up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, and you will receive a confirmation email for the cancellation. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, please text or email us. In this case, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled session. Fees must be settled before booking new appointments unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that canceled appointments will still appear in our autoresponder, so you may receive a reminder email for a canceled session. We apologize for any inconvenience; Tiffany does not manage the autoresponder.

 

Q. Can I avoid the cancellation fee?

A. YES!  Substitutions are allowed: a family member or friend can take your appointment time to avoid late cancellation fees. Just text Tiffany to let her know who will be arriving for the appointment. That person DOES NOT have to be an existing client. 

 

Q. Can I pre-book appointments?

A. Yes. You may book up to 16 appointments and as far out as 90 days.

WholeHealth: 20% Discount - referral required
